Review # 57: Red potatoes

I asked my friend what I should have with my steak last night. and his suggestion was red potatoes. I tried them, preparing them as he suggested...quartered, boiled, peppered, and soaked in melted butter. They weren't bad, but they still seemed a little bland. I may try them again with other seasonings and/or cooking methods. They can't beat yukon golds, though.
